By accessing or using Mooock at Moock.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Mooock is an online exam preparation platform that provides:

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Accuracy

  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Not share your account with others

  • Violate laws: Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Scrape data: Use automated means to extract data from the Platform
  • Interfere: Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's operation

4.2 Exam Integrity

  • Exams must be completed individually without assistance
  • Sharing exam questions or answers is strictly prohibited
  • Use of external resources during timed exams is not permitted (unless explicitly allowed)

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform (exam questions, study materials, software, logos, trademarks, graphics) is owned by SkillPrep or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5.3 User-Generated Content

When you post comments, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Exam Results and Certificates

Important: Results are for practice purposes only. Results do not guarantee success on official certification exams. We are not affiliated with official certification bodies. Certificates are provided as proof of completion on our Platform, NOT as official certifications.

7. Freemium Model and Future Payments

7.1 Current Free Service

The Platform is currently offered free of charge as a freemium service.

7.2 Future Paid Features

We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium content in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice of pricing changes. You will have the option to accept or decline paid features.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time through your account settings.

9. Account Termination

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mooock from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

12.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.

12.2 Terms Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will email registered users. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution
